Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

This page sets out the cancellation and refund terms for payments made to PISCINES FONTAINE INC. for construction project deposits and seasonal service bookings; it works alongside the anchored sections in our Terms of Use.

Construction deposits

A deposit paid to reserve a construction slot is refundable in full if you cancel more than five business days before the confirmed start date. Cancellations within five business days may forfeit the deposit to the extent materials have already been ordered for your project.

Seasonal visit bookings

Opening and closing visits cancelled more than 48 hours ahead carry no charge. Cancellations inside that window may be billed a reduced call-out fee to cover the reserved technician slot.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email [email protected] or call +1 450-655-0689 during our working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:00), with your name, address and booking reference.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to ten business days of approval.

Rescheduling instead of cancelling

If your circumstances change, ask about moving your construction start date or seasonal visit before cancelling — rescheduling avoids any cancellation charge in most cases.

Non-refundable items

Materials already purchased and labour already performed on a construction project are not refundable once work has begun.
