Construction
Pool Construction
Full project management for a new residential inground pool, from the first site visit to the final decking tie-in.
Full Construction Project Management ($760 CAD) coordinates every stage of a residential build: site preparation, excavation, plumbing, electrical rough-in and the decking tie-in that connects the finished pool to the rest of the yard.
A single project lead stays on the job from the first excavation day to the final walkthrough, so the person who signed off on the permit package is the same person confirming the final grade and deck line. That continuity matters most during the shell and finishing stages, when small decisions about drain placement or coping height are easier to make with someone who already knows the site.
For buyers who want the first season covered as well, the Premium Build & First-Season Care Bundle ($1,300 CAD) folds in the opening and closing visits that follow, so the crew that built the shell is the crew testing the equipment the first time it runs. Many first-time owners choose this option simply to avoid vetting a second contractor in their first year.
Construction projects typically start with excavation in the first week, move through shell forming and plumbing rough-in over the following weeks, and finish with decking, backfill and equipment start-up — each stage reviewed with you before the next one begins.

Quick answers
How long does a build take?
Six to ten weeks from excavation, depending on ground conditions and decking choice.
Are permits included?
We prepare and submit the municipal package; approval timelines rest with the municipality itself.
Can I choose the decking material?
Yes, stone, composite and concrete options are reviewed with you before the contract is finalized.
Do you handle electrical rough-in?
Yes, coordinated with a licensed electrician ahead of the final inspection.
What happens if excavation hits rock or poor soil?
We pause, assess the condition, and confirm any price or timeline change with you before continuing.
Can construction and liner replacement be combined?
Yes, liner selection happens before the shell is closed so both can proceed on one schedule.
How we keep the build consistent
Written stage plan
Every build follows a written sequence agreed with you before excavation starts, covering dates, materials and inspection points.
Same crew, start to finish
The crew assigned at kickoff stays on the project through handover, rather than rotating between sites.
Stage check-ins
Each stage is reviewed with you before the next one begins, with photos shared along the way.
Scheduling and access
Spring and early summer are our busiest construction windows, so projects confirmed four to six months ahead have the widest choice of start dates. Booking in late winter is common for owners who want to swim the first week of summer.
Yard access for excavation equipment is reviewed during the site visit — fencing, utility locates and neighbouring property lines are all noted before a start date is confirmed, and any gate or landscaping that needs temporary removal is flagged ahead of time rather than discovered on excavation day. On narrower lots we sometimes stage equipment deliveries to limit how long heavy machinery sits on the driveway, and that detail goes into the written plan alongside the stage dates.
