PISCINES FONTAINE INC. provides residential pool construction project management and seasonal opening, closing and maintenance services, as described on our Services page, at the prices stated there and confirmed after an on-site assessment.

Eligibility & obligations

You confirm that you are authorized to request work at the property given and that access information provided to us is accurate.

Bookings, orders & payments

Construction projects and seasonal visits are confirmed by a written quote and, where applicable, a deposit. See our Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy below for payment and cancellation terms.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site belong to PISCINES FONTAINE INC. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or submit false information through our contact form.

Returns & Refund Policy

Scope. This policy covers deposits and payments made for construction project management and seasonal service bookings.

Eligibility. A deposit paid for a service not yet started may be refunded in full if cancellation is requested more than five business days before the scheduled start. Work already performed is billed at the agreed rate.

How to request. Send a request to [email protected] or call +1 450-655-0689, including your name, address and booking reference.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to ten business days.

Non-refundable cases. Materials already purchased for your project and labour already performed are not refundable once work has begun.

Cancellation Policy

How to cancel. Contact us at [email protected] or +1 450-655-0689 during our working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:00).

Cancellation windows. Seasonal visits cancelled more than 48 hours ahead carry no charge; later cancellations may be billed a reduced call-out fee to cover the reserved slot. Construction bookings follow the refund terms above.

Rescheduling. We would rather reschedule than cancel outright — ask about moving your date before cancelling if timing is the issue.

Cancellations by us. If weather, capacity or a supplier issue forces us to cancel a booked visit, we offer a full refund or priority rebooking, whichever you prefer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Quebec.
