Maintenance & Service

Ongoing care for pools we built and pools built by others — equipment checks, water testing and seasonal upkeep around Boucherville.

Pool maintenance sits between our two seasonal visits — the Seasonal Opening Service ($170 CAD) that starts the summer and the closing work that protects the equipment through winter. Between those two dates, pumps, filters and heaters need regular attention to keep running the way they did the day they were installed.

We service pools we built ourselves as well as pools installed by other contractors, provided the equipment is accessible and in working order when our technician arrives on site. A first maintenance visit for a pool we did not build usually starts with a short equipment review so we know what we are working with before anything is adjusted.

Typical mid-season work covers filter cleaning, water testing and balancing, and a check of the heater and any automated controls — the same system test we run during the spring opening, scaled to whatever the pool needs that week.

Some households book a single maintenance visit when something looks off — cloudy water, a noisy pump, a heater that won't hold temperature — while others set up a standing schedule through the warmer months so the same technician checks in every few weeks without needing to be asked. Either approach works; we simply confirm the cadence that suits your pool and household when the first visit is booked.

Because our seasonal and maintenance work run off the same crew calendar, a maintenance visit booked mid-July and the closing visit booked in October draw on the same equipment notes, so nothing gets rediscovered from scratch each time someone new looks at the pad. Households on a standing schedule also get first call on open slots during the busiest weeks of summer, since returning clients are booked ahead of new one-off requests whenever our calendar tightens. A short written summary follows every visit, whether it is a routine check or a repair, so the record travels with the pool rather than living only in one technician's memory.

Where we service

Maintenance visits run within Boucherville and the neighbouring South Shore communities. See the map on our Contact page for the registered address our routes are scheduled around; call ahead if your property sits outside this immediate area and we will confirm whether a visit can be arranged. Routes are planned weekly during peak season, so a regular maintenance plan generally gets a consistent day of the week once a schedule is set.
