FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most before a construction project or a seasonal visit.
About the service
What exactly is included in a construction project?
Full Construction Project Management covers site preparation, excavation, plumbing and electrical rough-in and decking tie-in, with a scheduled check-in at every stage and a written plan agreed before work begins.
Where do you provide service?
Our construction and seasonal routes are centred on Boucherville and the neighbouring South Shore communities of Greater Montreal; call ahead if you're just outside that area.
What materials do you use for decking and liners?
Stone, composite and poured concrete decking, and vinyl liners in a range of patterns — options are reviewed during the site visit before anything is ordered.
How long does a typical build take?
Six to ten weeks from excavation to handover, depending on soil conditions and decking choice, with each stage reviewed with you along the way.
Process & scheduling
How do I start a project?
Message or call us; we set up a site visit to walk the yard and talk through scope and budget before anything is quoted.
What happens after the first message?
We schedule a site visit, usually within a week, followed by a written assessment and price range within a few business days.
How far ahead should I book construction?
Four to six months ahead gives the widest choice of start dates during our busiest spring and summer windows.
What does the assessment involve?
A review of soil, drainage, yard access and any municipal permit requirements specific to your property.
Pricing & payment
What do the posted prices include?
They cover the scope described for each service at a typical residential property; final figures are confirmed after the site visit described above.
What can change an estimate?
Ground conditions, access for equipment, decking material and the age or condition of existing equipment.
What is your refund policy?
See our Payment & Refund Policy for the full terms on deposits and seasonal bookings.
Can I cancel a booked visit or project?
Yes — see our Cancellation Policy for timing and any applicable terms before you book.
