Seasonal Opening Service

$170 CAD

Removal of the winter cover, reconnection of pumps, filters and heaters, and a system test to confirm equipment is running correctly before the start of the swim season.

Scope and sequencing are confirmed in writing after the site visit, so the figure above sets expectations rather than a final invoice. Typical visits run thirty to sixty minutes depending on how the equipment was left over winter.

  • Winter cover removal and storage
  • Pump, filter and heater reconnection
  • Full system pressure and function test
  • Water balance check before first use

Full Construction Project Management

$760 CAD

Coordinated management of a residential pool build from site preparation through plumbing, electrical rough-in and decking tie-in, with scheduled check-ins through each stage.

A dedicated project lead stays on the job from the first excavation day through final decking, with a scheduled check-in at every stage. Soil conditions, yard access and decking choice are the three factors most likely to change the final price.

  • Site preparation and excavation
  • Plumbing and electrical rough-in
  • Decking tie-in and backfill
  • Scheduled stage check-ins with photos

Premium Build & First-Season Care Bundle

$1,300 CAD

A full construction package paired with the first season's opening and closing visits included, giving new pool owners a single point of contact through the build and its first year.

Construction and the first season of care are scheduled together so the crew that built the pool is the one that opens it for the first swim. This bundle suits buyers who would rather manage one contractor relationship through their first full year of ownership.

  • Complete construction project management
  • First-season opening visit included
  • First-season closing visit included
  • One point of contact through the whole year

Components you can add

Liner replacement, scheduled alongside either a construction project or a seasonal visit, with pattern options reviewed before the shell is closed up.
Safety cover fitting and seasonal storage for households with young children or pets, sized to the finished pool at handover.
Deck and landscaping tie-in for pools being resurfaced or reshaped, coordinated with our construction crew's schedule.
Spa and hot-tub plumbing connection alongside a new pool build, added to the rough-in stage rather than retrofitted later.

Who is on site

Project lead

Coordinates the build schedule, municipal permits and supplier deliveries from start to handover, and is the single point of contact if plans need to change mid-project.

Installation crew

Handles excavation, plumbing, electrical rough-in and decking tie-in on-site, working from the written stage plan agreed before the project starts.

Seasonal service technician

Runs the spring opening and fall closing visits and the system test that follows, flagging anything that needs attention before next season.

How the work goes

01

Request

A short call or message to understand the project or the seasonal visit you need, and whether the site has been served before.

02

Assessment & quote

An on-site visit confirms scope, access and a written price range within a few business days, covering ground conditions and equipment age.

03

Scheduling

Construction slots and seasonal visits are booked against our crew calendar and confirmed by email, with lead times longer in peak spring months.

04

Execution

Work proceeds in sequence with the agreed check-ins along the way, and any change to scope is confirmed in writing before it is actioned.

05

Handover & follow-up

A walkthrough and short written note closes out the job, with follow-up available if questions come up once the pool has been running a few days.

Who each service fits

New pool owners

Households planning their first inground pool and wanting the permit and build process managed start to finish, with regular updates along the way.

Existing pool owners

Owners who already have a pool and want the opening and closing booked reliably each year, without chasing a different contractor every season.

First-year bundle buyers

New owners who would rather have one contractor cover the build and the first season of upkeep together, reducing the number of handoffs in year one.

This is not a fit for commercial or municipal pools — our crews are sized and scheduled for residential backyard projects only.

About the prices above

The figures on this page are starting points for a typical residential job. Ground conditions, yard access, decking material and equipment age can all change the final number, so every project is confirmed in writing after the on-site assessment described above — never billed on the posted figure alone. Where a project spans both construction and seasonal visits, the bundle price reflects the combined scope rather than the two services billed separately.
