Service & Installation Terms

Scope of these terms

These Service & Installation Terms apply specifically to construction project management and seasonal service work booked with PISCINES FONTAINE INC., alongside our general Terms of Use.

Site access & preparation

You agree to provide safe, clear access to the work area for the duration of a construction project or seasonal visit, including removal of obstacles that would delay excavation equipment or technician access to pump and filter pads.

Permits & inspections

We prepare and submit municipal permit applications on your behalf where required, and coordinate electrical and building inspections. Approval timelines are set by the municipality and are outside our control.

Change orders

Any change to the agreed scope during a construction project — a different decking material, an added feature — is confirmed in writing with an updated price before work proceeds on that change.

Weather & scheduling delays

Excavation, concrete work and seasonal visits can be delayed by weather. We communicate delays as soon as they are known and reschedule the next available slot.

Workmanship

Construction and service work is carried out to the specification confirmed in your written quote; any workmanship concern raised within a reasonable period after completion is reviewed at no additional charge.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Quebec.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
